OUR COMMUNITY -- LONG REACH
Long Reach is one of the oldest of Columbia's ten
village centers and, with more than 16,000 people living in over
5,700 households, it is the largest village. While most of the ten
villages in Columbia have three "neighborhoods", Long Reach has
four: Phelps Luck (the largest), Kendall Ridge (the newest), Locust
Park, and Jeffers Hill (the only Long Reach neighborhood south of
Route 175).
Some of the features of Long Reach are
numerous walking pathways (Columbia is famous for them), as well as
Jackson Pond just off of Tamar and Phelps Luck Road. Long Reach also
has more businesses and shopping centers located within, or near it,
than any other village -- including one of our favorites... Krispy
Kreme!

"They know Long Reach.
We’ve bought and sold Long Reach homes with John & Angela.
Last time they helped us sell for $20,000 more than our neighbor with the exact same
home! John’s got a whacked sense of humor, but Angela is sweet, and you can trust them
both to put your interests first."
